Muffuletta Sandwich with Olive Salad

When I worked in New Orleans many years ago, I often walked down St. Charles to a little sandwich shop near Canal Street. Their specialty was the Muffuletta, a sandwich conceived in a culture like no other on the earth’s face. I found this article on the web.
